The final model is produced by placing this next to neighboring point clouds situated in a unique reference system by appropriate methods.

Constraints on the high-speed rate of images are, in theory, less strict than for acquisitions by aircraft because it is easier to travel slowly without jeopardizing the stability of the camera holder. However, in practice, for reasons of cost effectiveness, cameras with high frame rates are also used. Inevitably, images from these devices will not be of the same quality (sharpness and lack of occlusions) as images acquired from a stationary position. Nevertheless, they can be sufficient for the survey of an entire district where the rendering is not the main objective.
